Our goal is for every one of our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase in its original packaging along with your original packing slip, within 30 days of receipt, for a refund or exchange.
If the item is being returned because it is defective or damaged in any way, we will refund your entire order as well as any shipping costs in getting the item back to us, within 30 days of shipment. Should you notify us after thirty days, a refund will be sent for the product, but no refund will be given for any applicable shipping costs.
If the item simply didn't meet with your expectations, but was otherwise as advertised, we will refund your order minus a 15% restocking fee as well as any applicable shipping fees (in getting the item to you or in having the item returned to us).
Please remember that, as a website, we cannot take responsibility for any differences in coloring between the picture of the item listed and the item received. Differences in coloring can be as simple as incorrect settings used on the camera that took the picture, different computer settings and/or a change in manufacturing. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Got someone the wrong gift? Whatever the reason, merchandise can be returned, as per the terms above:

A) Mail-in Returns

All items can be returned by mail (with UPS Ground or US Postal Service). Shipping cost will be refunded only if the product was damaged during delivery or if the wrong item was shipped. Please contact us via info@giftshop1234.com so that a representative can send you a copy of our Returns Form.

B) Scheduled pick-up

Email us at info@giftshop1234.com or call us at 718-232-1416 to arrange for product pick-up. A delivery charge will be applied. Prices will vary by location and are based on the number of trips made to your location. If the wrong product was delivered or the product arrived damaged, all pick up fees will be waived.

C) Cancellations

While we regret to cancel any order, we will quickly close out any order you have made prior to its being shipped via an e-mailed request. Orders cannot be cancelled via voicemail or over the phone and we ask that you do not consider your order cancelled or modified until you have received an e-mail from us confirming that the requested change was made.
If you wish to cancel an order once it has been shipped, you can refuse the merchandise upon delivery. A refund (minus restocking fees and shipping costs) will be issued to you once the merchandise is returned to our warehouse.
