This year Dancer with veil is presented with two new decorations. This warmer one in gres, as well as a new glazed decoration that lends the piece a lighter air. Dancer with veil is, together with The Decorator, one of the largest pieces in the Nao catalogue. Given the technical difficulty involved, we would underscore the long foulard the ballerina uses to accompany her dance. Several fragments and a particular care in the firing process are critical in achieving the sense of movement. | |
